Quotes are based on information provided by the client and may be adjusted after on-site review.
Payment is due as agreed upon before or after services, depending on contract terms.
We accept standard payment methods as specified during booking.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. To avoid fees, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

Clients must ensure access to the property and disclose any safety or security concerns. We are not responsible for issues arising from withheld information or unsafe conditions.

Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage
Loss or damage due to client-provided products or equipment

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
